- This day was an opportunity for the whole service to kids community to collaboratively review and re-affirm commitment to priorities presently being addressed by Work Groups and to identify any new priorities for action over the next year and a half. Working with Eric from the Queen’s Executive Decision Making Centre a majority of the members of the Lead Table looked at past priorities and reaffirmed their importance and identified present and future priorities that need to be addressed. The full report from this full day can be found below. Our Coordinator and our Lead Table members will strive over the next 18 months to address identified priorities through collaborative working of their staffs and themselves and through alignment of individual and collaborative resources.
